When you purchase IMPACT, you receive four hours of installation support. Typically, much of this time is available for initial training, as the installation process itself takes but a few minutes.
Most importantly, IMPACT has a complete online tutorial that I believe is the best place to get an overview of IMPACT, as well as to learn how to navigate through the application. It takes you step by step through the main areas of the IMPACT application, explains how IMPACT works, and describes how you can use IMPACT to your best advantage. In my opinion, it is the easiest and quickest way to approach and learn IMPACT.
In addition, IMPACT has a complete online Help system that can be read sequentially like a textbook, or can be accessed randomly by a table of contents, a search feature, or through an index. And, it is written by an experienced user-oriented professional technical writer.
Or, in special cases, direct one-on-one education and training may be beneficial for your organization.
