SDS personnel are available by phone at 541-747-4586 to answer pressing questions. We usually return your calls within a few hours, or at the latest, the next day. Most questions or problems can be resolved over the phone. In some cases, your answer may require research or a more in-depth response, so we may reply by e-mail.

We are also available by e-mail. Again, we will typically respond to your questions within one working day.
