IMPACT is periodically updated to install new features, new forms, new reports, new capabilities or simply to update the help documentation. As an example, over the last year and a half, the majority of our clients have upgraded twice.

Hmmm? I know what you're thinking. What about software bugs? I am not going to suggest that IMPACT has no bugs, but I will say that over the life of the application, they have been minimal, and none have caused any damage to any organization's data that could not be easily and quickly fixed. There is never any sort of additional charge for fixing software bugs.

Upgrades are addressed when you purchase a license agreement. Part of the purchase cost is an annual fee that pays for the cost of upgrades. When an upgrade to a new release occurs, IMPACT displays a message that allows you to easily read the version/release announcement. I highly encourage you to read this brief overview.
